The VanillaVacationPlanner app does not collect, store or distribute any personal data:

• Holiday dates and information are provided by openholidaysapi.org. Apart from search criteria no data is transferred to openholidaysapi.org. Many thanks to the people behind openholidaysapi.org for a superb service.
• User behaviour or queries are neither recorded nor tracked nor analysed.
• Queries sent to openholidaysapi.org are not personalised. Note that apart from this, we cannot guarantee that openholidaysapi.org uses own tracking or analysing technologies or methods on their part.
• We do not use advertising ids (!), cookies or any other similar technology.
• Customer data: we receive data about the users due to the payment process. This data is not analysed nor passed on to third parties.

Data Security

• Payments or app downloads are done via Google Play Store and are always encrypted. All necessary data is stored in the Google Play Store account.
• No login is needed to use VanillaVacationPlanner. So we do not have or collect any personal data about the users.

By using the app, the user accepts automatically that

1. e-merge llc is NOT liable in any case if any data used or presented is not valid, not correct, not complete etc. We use and present the data provided by openholidaysapi.org as-is and without any guarantee for validity, completeness etc. Additionally, the app itself does calculations on this data and may be faulty or have flaws itself. If you encounter any problems, bugs or errors, please send us an email and we will take care of it as soon as possible.
2. it is beyond e-merge llc's control whether or not content provider or other third parties use any means to analyse user behaviour etc.
3. e-merge llc can NOT be made liable in any way, if due to programming errors (bugs), misleading or wrong descriptions or other flaws any of the declarations made here are breached of if data used or presented is incorrect or incomplete etc. In this case, however, we will eliminate the error or flaw once we are informed about it.
